Here is an overview of various projects I have been involved here at RSES.

• SHRIMP (Sensitive High Resolution Microprobe)
  I have been constantly working on the SHRIMP software over last several years. The software is written in LabVIEW and will interface all the available SHRIMP types: SHRIMP 1, SHRIMP II, SHRIMP IIe, SHRIMP RG, SHRIMP SI.
  
   
• 4 kilotonne Press
  Control software written in LabVIEW.
   
• Multianvil Press
  Semi-automated control software with user definable pressure ramps. Written in LabVIEW.
   
• 500T Press
  Control software written in LabVIEW.
   
• High Pressure High Temperature (Green) Machine
  Mainly data logging software written in LabVIEW.
   
• GFD Projects
  Temperature logging software for large number of thermocouples.
  Volcano eruption project data acquisition software.
   
• Graphitization Furnace Controller
  LabVIEW control software controlling 12 sample prep furnaces using Eurotherm mini8 controller with modbus over RS232. Also monitoring vacuum pressures using pressure transducers on I2C bus (PC --> RS232 --> Aadwark I2C ==> pressure transducers).
   
• Alcatel Turbo Pump Run-in
  Simple LabVIEW control software that starts and stops the pump at user specified time intervals to condition a newly serviced Alcatel turbo pump.
   
• Also through RSES there have been some projects exclusively for ASI.
  Alphachron software tweaks and further development; Patterson High Temperature High Pressure (HPHT) logging software; Magnet Profiler.
